We use a ticket system that caters to the rhythm of your mind and body.

2. A relaxing yoga experience in Byron Bay

We have instructors who have obtained the advanced RYT500 qualification in Byron Bay, Australia, which is known as the mecca of yoga.
Based on the yoga I learned locally that connects the mind and body, I offer lessons aimed at relaxing from the inside and rediscovering yourself.

👉You will experience the following changes:

・You will no longer be bothered by vague worries

・You will not be overwhelmed by stress and your emotions will become more stable

・You will wake up refreshed without carrying over physical discomfort to the next morning
