何かしなきゃと思って動くのに、 終わったあとに残るのは、疲れだけ。 気分転換のつもりが、 心も体も置き去りのまま。 楽をしたいわけじゃない。 ちゃんと整えてから、次に進みたいだけ。

何かを足したわけじゃないのに、 気持ちにスペースができている。 予定が減ったわけでも、 頑張らなくなったわけでもない。 ただ、 「今ここ」に戻ってこれる感覚がある。 焦らず選べる。 急がず決められる。 それだけで、 人生が少し扱いやすくなる。

考えごとが、 自然と静かになっていく。 「切り替えなきゃ」と頑張らなくても、 体のほうから、休みに向かってくれる。 深く眠れた朝は、 気合いを入れなくても動ける。 また頑張るためじゃなく、 ちゃんと回復するための眠り。

無理に気合いを入れなくても、 ひとつのことに向かえる。 疲れを押して動く集中じゃなく、 呼吸が通った状態の集中。 終わったあとに残るのは、 消耗じゃなくて、納得感。 「また頑張れるかも」じゃなく、 「今の自分で、ちゃんとできている」感覚。
