Hello, I'm Yukiko!

After graduating from university, I worked as a flight attendant for Japan Airlines, flying both domestically and internationally, and visiting about 20 countries.

 

Opportunity to tackle physical and mental health

When my work decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I took a fresh look at my physical and mental health. I had suffered from constipation since childhood and had relied on laxatives for a long time, but I qualified as a gut health advisor and succeeded in improving my constitution. I was surprised that I was able to regain my health even with an irregular life with time lag. This was the first time I realized the importance of shining from the inside and being my true self.

 

Study Yoga in Australia

After that, I quit my job to realize my long-held dream of living in Australia. The stage for my journey of self-discovery was Byron Bay, known as the mecca of yoga. I studied yoga in earnest there for a year, and my concept of yoga changed 180 degrees. Living surrounded by beautiful nature, I was able to deeply feel the importance of "living true to yourself" and the healing power that harmony between people and nature brings.

Yoga for me

In the midst of our busy daily lives, yoga provides us with the precious time to face ourselves and listen to the voice of our hearts. By creating "space" within ourselves, we can generate new energy, feel lighter in the heart, and feel more positive.

I would love to share this experience with you all.

In addition to yoga, I would like to share with you all about how to improve your intestinal environment, how to learn English, the realities of living abroad, the work of a flight attendant, and more, including stories of failure and success that I cannot fit all here, so that each and every one of you can shine in your own way.
